In this blog post, we wanted to inform our readers about the Reformli’s writing process and how we create our books. This will give our customers insight into the uniqueness and hard work that goes into producing a Reformli book. So here we go!

Choose a book
Here you have two options: You can either choose from one of our books in our library or opt to build your own book from scratch. Our book titles have been specially designed by experts to cover a large variety of genres and categories while maintaining informational depth, so be assured that we’ve got you covered. Additionally, we are always expanding and adding titles to our library. However, in the event that you are not able to find the right title, you can always create your own book for our authors to write.
Complete the Questionnaire
Once you have decided on a title, you will be prompted to answer our proprietary questionnaire that gives our writers insight into what you would like to achieve with this book. Our system creates a personalised case study with all the information you provided and hands it over to our writers, who can begin to analyse and brainstorm the contents of what they will write in your book.
This is a very crucial step, as this information provides the bedrock for our authors’ work and lays the foundation for how the book will be written. Henceforth, the more information you provide, the better the personal case study and outcome of the book.
Meet with your Writer (optional)
After completing the questionnaire, you will be asked whether you want to have an optional meeting with your writing team. You will be able to choose your own time and date to meet with your author to discuss your book answers, how you would like the book formatted, the goals you are trying to achieve, and much more. This meeting is optional, but we do recommend it as it gives a bitter insight into how to write your book.
We receive the information and begin working on your order!
Upon completion of the questionnaire, an email is sent informing you which Reformli writer your book has been assigned to, allowing you to track your book’s progress. Your personal case study, which our system created, will be handed over to our writers, allowing them to complete in-depth research, familiarise themselves with your goals, and liaise with each other to begin writing your book.
Next, the writing team will send each completed chapter to one another to read and suggest improvements or sections where content can be added or removed. The main objective of this section is to produce valuable content that has been double-checked and cross-referenced by each writer on the team. Once this is complete, the team will discuss why they decided to include these sections in your book and then sign off on the project (this discussion is available to be documented for you depending on the book package you choose).
Quality assurance phase
To ensure the quality of your book, it has been sent to our proof-reading team, who will read individual chapters to ensure that they are grammatically correct and error-free. Our quality assurance team also completes a weekly random sampling of full books to ensure they meet the high standard of writing expected here at Reformli. This process guarantees the quality of your book.
The Book is Sent!
The amount of time required to complete this phase depends on the complexity of the book and the package you chose. However, we aim to have all books completed within 24 days of purchase.
